Mint Julep Online usually ships using UPS with standard ground service (5 to 7 business days), within 1-2 business days of your order. Small jewelry purchases might be shipped priority mail via the USPS. Customers have the option to expedite orders with three-day or overnight shipping for an additional charge.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will typically ship the following Monday. If you have specific shipping instructions please call us. We do not offer Saturday delivery at this time.
Shipping charges are as follows:
Ground: Free shipping on domestic orders over $150.
$8.95 for orders less than $150
International Shipping: $22
All international orders ship USPS and all duty taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.
It is the receiver's responsibility to pay all taxes, custom charges and duty fees. If items are refused at the time of delivery you will still be charged for our shipping, custom and return shipping charges.
International orders are shipped within 1-2 business days through the United States Post Office. International customers will be given shipping options and charged accordingly.
On August 1, 2009 NY sales tax changed to a rate of 8.875%. This sales tax applies to orders shipping to New York City and New York state residents only. MA residents are subject to 6.25% sales tax on all taxable purchases.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We want you to love what you’ve ordered at Shopmintjulep.com. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re more than happy to accept your return. Shopmintjulep.com accepts returns provided that requests are made within ten days from the date of the order confirmation. All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition, with original tags attached. Shopmintjulep.com reserves the right to refuse any return should it not meet these requirements. Original as well as return shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
PLEASE NOTE: All SALE items, undergarments and jewelry purchases are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.
PLEASE PLEASE NOTE: This policy only applies to items purchased at Shopmintjulep.com. Items purchased at our Brookline, Harvard Square and Lower East Side stores must be returned within ten days (with original tags and receipt) for store credit only.
How To Return An Item
1. Email us your request for return at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will issue you a Receipt Authorization (RA) number. Print this email and include it with your package. Please note that all requests for RA numbers must be online.
2. Ship your merchandise to the following address:

3. All returns must be pre-paid and insured. Mint Julep must receive your return within seven days of issuing the Return Authorization number. We recommend that you ship your returned merchandise via insured parcel post, for tracking purposes. In the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled, Mint Julep cannot take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation.
Please note that Mint Julep will not accept any packages that are sent COD.
4. Once we receive your returned merchandise, you will receive an email notification. Your return request will be processed within five business days following receipt of the package. If your return request is approved, unless an exchange is requested, all refunds will be made in the method of original payment. The value of the merchandise plus any applicable tax will be refunded.
